DSTM, Don't Shoot The Messengers works on experimental craftsmanship with the desire to create precious pieces. The essence of the label resides in the relationship of the body with geometry. Leather is used to define the outlines of the body, whilst silk adds a sense a fluidity and lightness to the forms.

The brand is a joint venture between designer Kyle Callanan, from New Zealand who has a background in costume and fashion, and Jen Gilpin, from Canada, who has an extensive experience in fashion, combined with a profound love for fine tailoring and technique. DSTM is always looking for new challenges, and in search of new techniques and forms. The brand produces their collection in Berlin, Germany where they are currently based.
