Maximum Rock'n Roll by Abdul Vas

"Maximum Rock'n Roll's" cover was done by urban artist Abdul Vas, also a major ACDC fan.

Born in Maracay, Venezuela, in 1981, Abdul Vas has created handmade books and zines, photographs, drawings, paintings, murals, and installations.

He was selected in 2009 for the Beijing Biennale; in the same year, he exhibited My 57 States AC/DC (Georgetown, Guyana).

Since 2010, he had been working on the project North-American Truckers and AC/DC Power, exhibited at Disk Union (Tokyo, Japan).

His new book : For those About to Power is Abdul Vas’ first monographic publication inspired by the power of AC/DC.

For over a decade, after attending 32 concerts of the band, Abdul Vas has gathered different materials including drawings, paintings, installations, collages and photos of AC/DC. .

The final result is this monographic piece called For those About to Power that invites those who have real balls to jump on AC/DC’s rock n’ r roll truck to hell.
