Since 2013 London based menswear designer Alex Mullins has established himself as a ‘self-contained creator of realities which evoke a sense of the familiar’. Mullins influence comes from ‘1950s Baltimore, native American biker gangs, cowboys and surreal patchwork rooted in archetypal images’. His latest SS16 collection proposes bleached cottons, white denim, abstract acids, hand-drawn graffiti and crayon drawings. A ethereal, youthful collection reminiscent of summer.
