German born photographer Horst Diekgerdes’ visual language is idiosyncratic, provoking, off-the-chart sensual and a bit … eccentric. His work has been on Vogue magazine over the decades, plasticized on campaigns for McQueen, Miu Miu

The prolific photographer has recently launched his first monograph; a celebration of life, fashion and photography in the form of a photographic journey from the mid-1990s to the present combining fashion photos with pictures from his personal diaries, observations of mundane life as well as unpublished works.

Published by Distant and edited by Beda Achermann, the monograph includes essays from Jefferson Hack, Anastasia Barbieri, Véronique Leroy, Jina Khajjer and Jean-Pierre Blanc.
