Operator Kwiff and marketing provider Xtremepush have teamed up.
By working with Xtremepush, Kwiff is shaping its engagement and retention strategy, by using personalised notifications for games or events that are relevant to players based on their profiles.
Additionally, Kwiff will also be benefitting from Xtremepush’s products by leveraging the engagement technologies built into the customer data platform, to send web push notifications as well as web inbox messages.
Thanks to Xtremepush’s customer data platform with its data ingestion and player segmentation functionality, Kwiff has recorded a 33% click-through rate for web push and a 27% click rate for inbox notifications.
