Odds On Compliance, a technology and consultancy firm that specialises in sports betting, iGaming and gambling regulatory compliance in North America, is expanding its Playbook into the Canadian market.

Thanks to the support Odds On Compliance received from Canadian law firm, Osler, Hoskin & Harcourts LLP, Playbook subscribers will have access to Playbook Canada starting from 20 September.

The online platform gives readers a comprehensive overview of the sports betting, iGaming, daily fantasy sports and iLottery regulatory environments, and now includes Canadian gaming regulations following Ontario’s legalisation of sports betting earlier in 2022.

Playbook also features curated, managed and updated statutes, regulations, and requirements that enable businesses to stay up to date with the agencies that regulate them.

Eric Frank, Odds On Compliance CEO and Co-Founder, commented: “I’m proud to announce the continued expansion of Playbook. This is another step forward in the evolution of our technology. I am looking forward to working closely with the Osler team to provide Playbook users with even more gaming regulations that now include the Canadian market.”

Odds On Compliance is a technology and consultancy firm that specialises in sports betting, iGaming and gambling compliance and regulatory frameworks in the US, Canada and abroad.

Its regulatory information platform, Playbook launched earlier this year with the mission to provide information regarding “the ever-evolving regulatory and compliance landscape” of the US gambling world.

At the beginning of 2022, meanwhile, the consultancy firm received strategic investments from a group led by SeventySix Capital and used the funding to move forward its business expansion, with a focus on data and technology.
